- 2 tablespoons turmeric (grated)

- 1 l. water
- 400 gr. onions (chopped)
Directions
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the chopped onions and the turmeric and ginger as well. Next, reduce the heat and let the mixture to come to a boil. Wait until half of it evaporates, then let the syrup cool down and add the honey. Stir well, transfer the mixture to a glass jar and store it in your fridge. Take 2 tablespoons of the syrup every morning before breakfast to clean nicotine out of your lungs. Repeat the process two hours after dinner as well for best results.
