BAKING SODA FOR PAIN IN THE FEET
Add 3 tbsp. of soda in some warm water in a tub and put your feet in it for 15 minutes.
LISTERINE FOR FUNGUS IN THE FEET
Due to its antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties add ΒΌ of a cup of Listerine in a tub with some warm water. Put your feet in it for 15 minutes.
TEA FOR SUNBURNS
Boil 3 bags of tea in some water and leave the tea to cool down. Put it in the fridge for a few hours and add some ice. Soak a towel in the tea and place it on the affected area.
COOL OUT A BURN
Apply some Aloe Vera gel on your burn, it has anti-inflammatory properties and you will feel immediate relief.
FOR SOFT LIPS
Olive oil is a great antioxidant and it has anti-inflammatory properties so it will soften your lips. Just rub some olive oil on your lips three times per day.
FOR HEARTBURN
1 tsp. of baking soda in a glass of water is a great and well-known remedy for heartburn.
FOR INSOMNIA
The melatonin which is an important ingredient of the cherries will help you to sleep better. Just eat a handful of cherries or drink some cherry juice.
FOR PUFFY EYES
Put some tea leaves in some boiling water. Leave it to cool down and soak some cotton pads in it and then apply them on your eyes.
FOR A SORE THROAT
Add some crushed garlic cloves in some water. Gargle the mixture two times per day for three days. You can also add some Apple cider vinegar in the mixture.
WHITE TEETH
Mash some strawberries and add a little baking soda. Put the mixture on your toothbrush and brush your teeth once in three months for white teeth.
