Our feet are 90 percent of the time closed in snickers, shoes or boots. No matter how high quality your shoes are, sometimes we can’t avoid fungus attack on our toenails. Here are two quick steps that can make you say goodbye to the boring fungi. Fungal infections can appear on different parts of the body. But, they are very boring on our toenails.
They can scrub and drive us to madness. The closed feet are put in warm shoes and that is the perfect occasion for bacteria to come. If you have a better immune system, then you might be able to fight the fungal infections the easier. But, for the others, here are some advices.
Baking soda can help you because it is fungistatic and can block the growing of the fungi that you already have. Vinegar on the other hand, has the same influence. Don’t worry at all, you won’t get your nails and skin damaged by using vinegar.
- 4-5 tbsp baking soda
- 1 cup of white or apple vinegar
- Paper towels
You need to mix 1 cup vinegar and water and you will get feet soak mix. Leave your feet for 15 minutes and dry them nicely with a dry towel. Add baking soda and soak the feet in for another 15 minutes.
Vinegar will help you fight fungi and soda will prevent its growing.
You should do this twice a day. You will be surprised by the effect.
