NATURAL REMEDIES
GINGER TEA
The ginger has powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and expectorant properties and therefore it is great for this kind of problem.
- Ginger (6 slices)
- Peppercorn (1 tsp.)
- Honey (1 tsp.)
- Water (2 cups)
Boil the water and add the peppercorn and the ginger, boil it for a few more minutes and leave it aside to cool down. At the end add the honey and drink this amazing mixture twice per day.
HONEY AND LEMON
Both of them are full of antioxidants, antifungal, and antibacterial properties.
- Honey (1 tbsp.)
- Lemon juice (2 tbsp.)
Mix these ingredients and consume it 3 times per day.
STEAM INHALATION
Boil 4 cups of water and add ½ tsp. of thyme and 1 tsp. of rosemary. Remove the mixture from the heat, lean toward the steam and cover your head with a towel. Inhale for 10 minutes and repeat this procedure a couple of times per day.
TURMERIC
Mix 1 tsp. of turmeric powder and ½ tsp. of salt in some warm water and gargle with this mixture 4 times per day.
