Apple cider vinegar for sinus infection recipe

  • 1/4 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 1/2 cup of water
