Cucumber diet – daily plan
Breakfast:
• Cucumber salad – (1 plate)
• Two hard boiled eggs
Snack:
• 1 peach or 1 big apple or 5 plums (lower than 200gr)
Lunch:
• A bowl of cucumber salad and a piece of toasted wheat bread
A recipe for cucumber salad:
Ingredients:
• 200 ml of yogurt or sour milk
• 400 gr. of cucumber
• 1 fresh onion
• A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Peel and chop the cucumber to small pieces. Add some salt and mix it well. Then, add yogurt or sour milk and mix the ingredients again. Finally, add the fresh onion and serve.
Snacks:
• Cucumber-shake
A recipe for cucumber-shake:
Ingredients:
• 1 apple
• 1 cucumber
• Some fresh ginger
• A hand of washed spinach
Instructions:
Put all these ingredients into a blender and mix them well. Then pour the mixture into a glass and drink this powerful shake while it is fresh.
Dinner:
• Fruits of your own choice – (300 gr.)
